Responsibilities:

Conduct regular patrols and monitor premises to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access

Maintain accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation

Ensure compliance with site procedures and client policies

Respond calmly and effectively to emergencies or incidents

Interact courteously with clients, employees, and visitors

Uphold Onyx Guard Services’ professional standards at all times

Qualifications:

Valid Ontario Security Guard License (mandatory)

Minimum 2 years of professional security experience

Valid First Aid & CPR certification (preferred)

Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills

Strong observation skills and attention to detail

Must be reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance

Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
