The SureCommand Employers report totals placement activity for every client company in a month — hired through placement, placement orders, applied to order, applied to employer and lifetime offers — with a grand total on the first row. Every count is a link, so a number is never a dead end.
Clicking an employer’s order count lists the placement orders behind it: job type, region or city, quantity requested, applicants so far, wage, creation date and whether the order is priority or pending.
The hired count opens the candidates placed with that employer in the month and the date each was hired, ready to reconcile against the client’s invoice.
The applied-to-order count opens the candidates whose resumes were emailed to the employer during the month and the date each one went out, so the office can show exactly what was submitted and when.
The Employee report scores every placement officer on a Daily and a Monthly table: hires, orders created, candidates added to orders, job fairs created, job fair bookings, email baskets created, candidates added to baskets and resumes emailed to employers. Change the View date to audit any day; every figure links to the records behind it.
The Hired drill-down names the candidate, the employer and the exact time the hire was recorded, credited to the placement officer who closed it.
Orders Created lists the placement orders an officer opened that day with the employer, job type, region or city, quantity and status.
Orders Add shows each candidate the officer attached to an order, the order ID and employer, and the moment it was added.
Job Fairs lists the fairs an officer set up, with the date, start and end time, maximum attendees and venue.
Job Fairs Add lists every candidate the officer booked into a fair — the fair ID, its date, the meeting time reserved and when the booking was made.
Email Basket shows the resume baskets an officer created for employers, with the employer’s city and province and the time the basket was opened.
Email Basket Add lists each candidate placed into a basket, the basket ID, the employer it is addressed to and when the candidate was added.
Email Employer records every resume an officer sent, naming the candidate, the employer and the time the email went out.
The Applied report lists every application in a month — candidate, employer, whether it came in Direct or through an Order, and the date applied — with a month picker and a search box.
Settings fixes how many bookings each interview slot takes and the overall capacity of a job fair, so appointment books fill evenly and a venue is never overbooked.
The Unemployed tab is the working pool: candidates not yet placed, filtered by certificate, the looking-for-work flag, name and year, then narrowed by country, province and city. Each row shows contact details, licence number, graduation date, job fair and order counts and a standing flag; tick rows and apply one action to the whole selection.
Placement Recorded Hiring lists candidates placed with an employer, with the employer, hire date and a status dropdown. Resume, Basket and Order buttons on every row open the resume, drop the candidate into an email basket or attach them to an order.
Refused keeps candidates whose placement did not go ahead, with the same certificate, city and licensed filters and the same row actions, so they can be put back into circulation the moment a fitting order arrives.
Interviewed tracks candidates who have met an employer and are awaiting an outcome. The status dropdown moves each one to hired or refused without leaving the list.
Seeking is a city-by-city count of candidates looking for work, split into network licensed, not network licensed and not licensed, with totals for each city and overall.
Clicking a count opens the Placement Statistics Report for that city: each candidate’s type (graduate or candidate), recruitment date and licence number, with Basket and Order links to act on the spot.
The not-network-licensed column opens the candidates in that city who hold a licence from outside the network, ready to be basketed or ordered.
The not-licensed column lists students and prospects in the city who have no licence yet — the pipeline the training side needs to finish before placement can begin.
The Database search finds candidates by job type, training, city, start and finish shift, licence and its validity, gender, education, postal code, years of experience, driver’s licence, own vehicle, employment type, job search status and language. Results show standing, licence, expiry and graduation date with Resume, Basket and Order actions, and a checked set is processed in one go.
The Employers list holds every client company with its industry, contact name, number and email, and a globe icon for those with public postings. Filter by branch, status (active, inactive, avoid) and city, select rows for a bulk action, or add a new employer.
Open orders list every live placement order — employer, subject, job type, region or city, quantity, applicant count, wage, creation date and a Priority, In Progress or Pending status — with a Closed tab for history and a Create button.
Creating an order captures the employer and contact, subject, job type, training, quantity, licence, location down to city and postal code and an expected wage range, plus minimum education, experience, shifts and employment type. Switches decide whether to include previously applied or interviewed candidates, email resumes to the employer, require a driver’s licence or vehicle, publish the order, create an employer posting and restrict applications to the region.
Order Details shows everything captured, the order status, post date and creator, the reach — how many candidates match — the emailed state, and a Send control to email the order out.
Below the description and notes, Order Candidates lists everyone matched to the order with phone, resident and preferred city, how many employers they have applied to, a resume link and standing. A colour legend flags applied previously, not OST and interviewed previously, and bulk actions apply to the checked rows.
Job Fairs lists upcoming fairs with the date, start and end time, venue address, employers attending and appointments booked; closed fairs move to their own tab.
A fair starts with just its date, start time and finish time.
The fair page then adds the location, the attending employers with their own start and finish times, and the Interview section where candidates are booked into slots within the capacity set in Manager Settings.
Campaigns group a target population — spring graduates in the GTA, unemployed office administration grads in Ottawa, a hospitality placement drive downtown — and assign it to a placement officer, with Open and Closed tabs.
A campaign is defined by its name, type, graduation date range, certificate type, the officer assigned to it and a location down to city.
The campaign page shows its parameters and the Profiles it pulled in — photo, name, email, number, city, standing flag and the employer where the candidate has been placed.
The Emails tab keeps every bulk email the agency has sent — date, subject, the audience type (graduates, licensed, current), the order it relates to, city, reach and whether it has been emailed or is pending.
Composing an email targets an audience by message type, region, certificate type and whether the candidate is looking for work, then adds a subject, a rich-text body and an attachment.
Opening a sent email shows who it targeted, whether it was copied to the inbox, the date, the reach and the full message as it was written.
The SMS tab lists every text message with its date, content and audience — not licensed, current, graduates at 30 days and more.
A text is composed by choosing the message type, region and certificate type and typing the message. Timed follow-ups keep licensing, renewal and placement on schedule.
Opening a sent text shows its audience, region, certificate type, date, reach and the message body.
Statistics counts the candidates in each city across 30, 60 and 90 days and one to five years, so outreach can be aimed at the cohorts that need it.
Student Success Pictures collects the photos and stories graduates share after landing a job — name, employer, their own words and the picture — in a Pending queue for approval before publication, with the approver recorded on each one.
