The SureCommand Applications page splits every loan application into Pending, Approved and Rejected. Each row shows the application number, the borrower, the date, the amount requested and who entered it, and opens straight into the application or the borrower’s profile.
The Withdrawals page lists every payment due on a withdrawal date, with the payment amount, what the borrower still owes, a Scheduled, Received, Defaulted or Recovered status and the payment reference. Mark a payment Received or Default from its menu, and export the month’s TransUnion credit-reporting file in one click. Banking details stay blurred until hovered.
Defaults gathers the payments that bounced on the chosen withdrawal date, with the payment amount, the balance still owing and whether each one is still Defaulted or has since been Recovered.
Collections lists the accounts handed over to a collection agency, showing which agency holds each account and the amount still owing.
Delinquent finds every loan that has fallen behind on its own: when the first payment was missed, how many payments have been missed, the amount past due and the total balance, oldest first so the most urgent accounts are at the top.
The Withdrawals report sums up the year one withdrawal date at a time: the number of payments and the amounts scheduled, received, defaulted, recovered and still outstanding, with totals for the year. Each date opens that day’s withdrawals.
Settings holds the organization’s withdrawal calendar: the dates each year on which loan payments are withdrawn, with the day of the week beside each one. Add a date, open one to change it, or remove it from its menu.
